Celebrate the Cherry Blossom Kite Festival with the Arts Council’s Kite Design Contest.

The Springfield Regional Arts Council announces the 2010 Kite Art Design Contest open to grades Kindergarten through 5 with entries due to the Arts Council office at The Creamery Arts Center by March 5, 2010.

The Kite Art Design template is at www.SpringfieldArts.org/Kite2010 and can be decorated in any medium and style. Download the template and the entry form on the website. Enter by Friday, March 5.
