Mark your calendars-on Sunday, March 7th, 2010 the Springfield Symphony, in collaboration with the Springfield/Branson Chef's Association, will be presenting the 8th Annual Brunch with Beethoven. This is your chance to sample the finest fare from all the area restaurants you know and love. Served buffet style with a side order of the Symphony, you can help yourself to this feast for the senses while enjoying magnificent music provided by members of the Springfield Symphony. There will be a silent auction of items provided by area restaurants and businesses.
